Oh hi!

My name is Michelle and I took over from Hannah on January 1, 2024. With me is my irresistibly adorable corgi/border collie cross, Mini, and we plan to continue own Hannah's legacy and community first approach to business.

How can I get plants from you?

We are located in a brick and mortar location at 315 6th Street South in downtown Lethbridge. You can shop in-store or online. At this time, we do not offer shipping but we do offer local pick-up!

Where/how do i pick up my order?

First! Thanks for your order. You're order will be ready for pick up at 315 6th Street South within 2-4 days.


How do I care for my plant?

We're working on putting together guides for care on our plants. There are also so many resources online for care, but please keep in mind we live in a dry and cold climate (zone 4b). Please feel free to reach out with questions - just a reminder we're plant enthusiasts not experts.

Which plants are safe for our furry friends?

Again! Working on noting which plants we sell are safe for our furry companions. But until then a quick google search or checking the SPCA is a good start.

Do you sell items in bulk?

Yes! Please email Michelle at for a quote. Please note, bulk discounts will only be given for large quantities of the same plant.


Live Plants

All live plants are final sale. We encourage you to do your own research and ask questions before you invest in a plant. We're here to help (even if you don't end up purchasing from us) we want you to have success in your urban jungle. We have stores of knowledge on what is good for east light homes vs. west, beginner plants vs. the divas. There are multitudes of information out there to find out if the plant you've been eyeing up is the right one for your lifestyle, space, etc.

However, we want you to be happy! So if your plant is showing signs of, dare we say it, death within the first week of purchasing please send us a message a quickly as possible. We'll asses this on a case by case basis. Should we rule that the plant was already summoned by the grim reaper at the time of purchase we'll replace your plant at no charge or you'll be given a store credit.

Please note, we do not exchange, refund, or store credit for plants with pests. We do our very best to quarantine and use natural insecticides to ensure our plants don't contract pests but as we deal with high quantities of plants it's not possible to guarantee. But we can help answer any questions - just send us a message!

Hard Goods

All hard goods can be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase as long as the item store bought condition.

Local Artisan Items

All items sold by the sill and soil on behalf of artisans, are final sale. Should you have an issue with the item we can and will happily facilitate any conversation between you and said artisans should you wish to speak with them
